Design Service

We can pretty much design, cut & engrave any idea you might have, it's our unique offering. So if you have your heart set on something, no matter how elaborate, please do enquire.

Unlike designing for print though, we must create within certain parameters to ensure designs can be laser cut & engraved, particular file formats are required and then there is some set-up & testing involved once a design has been approved. Our quote estimate will include these costs also, so if you are after a complete custom design please contact us with a detailed brief so that we can quote accordingly.

If you want to make small changes or additions to our current products please enquire, additional costs may apply.

SUPPLYING YOUR OWN DESIGNS

You are able to supply your own vector-based files, ideally in AI format. There is a $120 File Assessment & Machine Set-up fee. We will advise you if your files need adjusting. If we need to check your file more that twice an additional $15 will be charged. We can also offer a quote if you would like us to make any adjustments.
